Chocolate Bar Challenge

Ever Heard of Happy Numbers??
This Chocolate Bar Challenge is tricky maths problem. Be the first to prove that 383 is a happy number. When I say prove that doesn't mean find it on a website but rather use your working to prove it. for example:
7 is a happy number because:
72 = 49
42 + 92 = 97
92 + 72 = 130
12 + 32 + 02 = 10
12 + 02 = 1.

Find out more about happy numbers on Wikipedia or on this forum

post your answer as a comment here.
Remember you don't need to be in the 8gigs to be a winner.

3sq (3x3=9) + 8sq (8x8=64)+3sq (3x3=9) = 82

8sq (8x8=64) + 2sq (2x2=4) = 68

6sq (6x6=36) + 8sq (8x8=64) = 100

1sq (1x1=1) + 0sq (0x0=0) + 0sq (0x0=0) = 1

I found out what a happy number is here is the example.
Sq=Squared

383sq=146 689
1sq+4sq+6sq+6sq+8sq+9sq=234
2sq+3sq+4sq=29
2sq+9sq=85
8sq+5sq=89
8sq+9sq=145
1sq+4sq+5sq=32
3sq+2sq=13
1sq+3sq=10
1sq+0sq=1

That is my answer I hope it is right.

Well done Brayden and Jesmeen because you both used different methods to prove and I can't work out which is the best proof. You can both come and get a chocolate bar off me.
